December 2015--Christmas & New Year's Eve

We had our family Christmas the Saturday before Christmas.

These boxes contained "coupons" to go see Star Wars that evening!

Our traditional Christmas breakfast, monkey bread, prepared by Paul and the boys.

Our traditional video game tournament.  The boys won, thanks to me!

We drew names with the Paudler family and Grandma for buying Christmas gifts.  Grandma had fun taking the Paudler boys shopping one by one.  Paul drew Dakota's name and then had fun playing with the gift he bought her!

Christmas Eve in KY.  It was warm!  And the only day of the trip that it didn't rain.

Jae was determined to get a picture with the corn bags in motion!

There was a full moon on Christmas Eve.

Nana and Poppaw bought this telescope for Jae years ago so they got it out to look at the moon.

After 5 days in KY we drove home and enjoyed the rest of Christmas vacation.

New Year's Eve

Our first time ever setting off fireworks in our yard with the boys.  It's not legal in NYC but some people do it anyway.  But this year we got to have our own fireworks show!

We kept ourselves busy until midnight watching a movie and playing our new LIFE game that Aunt Dana and Uncle Garry gave us.
