Pandemic weed block. Grocery stores have not been allowing reusable bags since Covid began. I had so many paper bags piled up in the garage but used them all in this weedblock project. I may never use reusable bags at Trader Joes' and Whole Foods again! I'd love to weedblock the whole garden with these next spring.

I'm attempting to have a permaculture garden. Perenial herbs and letting most plants go to seed and replant themselves. Doesn't make for a very pretty or orderly garden but easier and cheaper and more like nature.
Finished the weedblock project off with pine straw.
Arugula reseeded itself in the garden path. Guess I need to have a salad and put down new weed block in the paths. I've been pulling zinnias from the path since the spring.
